Back to school we go. A sense of newness always arrives in September at the beginning of Autumn, and the ingredients in season are just the same. We see the beginnings of dark leafy greens like kale and leeks, the colder water fish and shellfish return, including pollock and razor clams, and autumnal favourites move centre stage with the beginning of game season.
