Last year I tried to find these poppies everywhere, but failed miserably. I'd seen them on the 'gram and wanted to admire those crinkled petals up close. This year I was more successful and for a few lovely days they were mine.
Just because Halloween is over doesn't mean it's time to put away those pumpkins 🎃
Pouring over recipe books is one of my favourite ways to spend an evening. I love learning about different flavour combinations and finding new ways to approach everyday ingredients. It's usually what I do as I write up the shopping list to get my food inspiration for the week.⁠
Yellow and blue is a combination that reminds me of summers at home. I grew up in a landscape dominated at times by swathes of yellow rapeseed flowers below enormous Suffolk skies. This is a small homage, currently living on my kitchen table in Berlin.⁠

How was your weekend guys? I made some bread, celebrated a friend's birthday on a boat, went to a sound installation at @monom and then got a shout out from @foodtographyschool on Sunday night 🥖⁠
Slightly charred padron peppers and @maldonsalt smoked sea salt is my current favourite combination, what's yours?⁠
